Wedding Soup
Italian wedding soup featuring chicken thigh meatballs and shredded chicken simmered with escarole, carrot, and cannellini beans in parmesan-enriched chicken broth. Small pasta and egg-parmesan ribbons boost protein while preserving the classic savory, herb-forward character and tender greens.
