Fried Pork Chunks
Bite-size pork shoulder chunks marinated in lemon, garlic, and oregano, then deep fried until the crust is crisp and the inside stays juicy. Served with a lemon wedge and salt, this Greek-style fried pork draws on the same seasoning used for souvlaki.
