Grilled Beef Short Ribs with Chili Oil
Bone-in beef short ribs marinated in soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and Chinese five-spice, then grilled over high heat until charred at the edges and finished with chili oil. Served with scallion and sesame seeds, the dish balances smoky char, savoury depth and slow-building heat.
