Grilled Peaches with Honey
Ripe peach halves are charred on a hot griddle until caramelised and smoky, then finished with a warm honey drizzle, a dollop of cool Greek yogurt, toasted pecans and a dusting of cinnamon. A simple, fresh, fruit-forward dessert that leans on live-fire flavour rather than added sugar.

Instructions
1
Halve and pit the peaches, then toss the cut sides lightly in lemon juice to stop browning.
2
Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with melted butter.
3
Heat a grill pan or griddle over medium-high heat until very hot.
4
Place the peaches cut-side down and grill for 3-4 minutes until deep char marks form and they soften slightly, then flip and grill skin-side down for 2 minutes.
5
Transfer the warm grilled peaches to two bowls, cut-side up.
6
Drizzle the warm honey generously over the peaches.
7
Spoon the Greek yogurt alongside or into the peach cavities.
8
Scatter the toasted chopped pecans over the top and dust lightly with ground cinnamon.
9
