Green Tea Chocolate Bites
A pared-back take on Japanese-inspired chocolate confectionery, these dark chocolate bites lean on Greek yogurt and skim milk in place of heavy cream to cut the fat load while allulose trims the sugar, finished with a light dusting of coconut for texture.

Instructions
1

2
Remove from heat and whisk in the skim milk, Greek yogurt, allulose and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
3
Sift the cocoa powder over the mixture and fold through until fully incorporated with no streaks.
4
Pour the mixture into a small 10x10cm lined tray, smoothing the top with a spatula to an even layer.
5
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 90 minutes until firm enough to cut cleanly.
6
Lift the set slab out using the lining, cut into 2 even pieces, and roll or dust the edges with desiccated coconut just before serving.
