Chilled Papaya with Honey
A simple Indian-style chilled papaya bowl where ripe, juicy papaya cubes are rested cold and then finished with a honey-lime drizzle, a whisper of ground cardamom, and fresh mint — a light, no-cook dessert that leans entirely on the fruit's own sweetness and fragrance.
