Spiced Baked Plums with Honey
Halved plums are bathed in warmed honey, orange juice, cardamom and cinnamon, then baked until they slump into their own spiced syrup. A cool spoonful of Greek yogurt and a scatter of pistachios finish each dish, playing soft fruit against sharp dairy and crunch.

Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
2
Halve and pit the plums, then arrange them cut-side up snugly in 2 individual baking dishes (about 110g plum per dish).
3
In a small bowl, stir the honey with the orange zest and juice until loosely combined, then drizzle evenly over the plums.
4
Dot the melted butter over the fruit and sprinkle with the ground cardamom and cinnamon.
5
Bake for 20-22 minutes, until the plums are soft and slump slightly and the juices are bubbling and syrupy.
6
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes so the syrup thickens slightly.
7
Spoon a dollop of whisked Greek yogurt over each dish and scatter with the chopped pistachios just before serving.
