Classic Waldorf Salad
A no-chop take on the American Waldorf salad, built from hand-torn lettuce, food-processor-pulsed apple and celery, and store-bought walnut pieces bound in a lemony yogurt dressing. Sweet grapes and crisp apple carry classic flavour, finished with toasted nuts for crunch and served cold.
