Spiced Chicken Patty Burger
A grilled chicken patty seasoned with garam masala, cumin and ginger-garlic, set inside a whole wheat bun with cucumber-mint yogurt sauce, lettuce and tomato. Pan-seared with minimal oil for a leaner burger that keeps the spiced, char-edged flavor of a classic Indian street-food patty.
