Grilled Pork Sausage
Grilled pork sausage patty made from lean ground pork seasoned with chipotle, cumin and smoked paprika, served over charred cabbage and bell pepper slaw. Grilling instead of pan-frying keeps this Mexican-style dish lean while maintaining smoky depth and authentic spice.
