French Ham and Cheese Sandwich
A French bistro sandwich on a split baguette layered with sliced ham, Emmental cheese, hard-boiled egg and a Dijon-butter spread, then baked until the cheese melts. Protein is boosted with extra ham and cannellini beans, keeping the classic croque-monsieur flavour intact.
