Green Tea Chocolate Bites

A pared-back take on Japanese-inspired chocolate confectionery, these dark chocolate bites lean on Greek yogurt and skim milk in place of heavy cream to cut the fat load while allulose trims the sugar, finished with a light dusting of coconut for texture.

6
Lift the set slab out using the lining, cut into 2 even pieces, and roll or dust the edges with desiccated coconut just before serving.
