Instructions

1
Prep Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking dish with parchment, leaving overhang for lifting the bar out.
2
Whisk Melt butter, then whisk in sugar and cocoa powder until smooth. Add beaten egg and vanilla, whisking until combined.
3
Fold Fold flour and salt into the batter with a spatula until no dry streaks remain. Fold in half the peanuts.
4
Bake Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 16–18 minutes until the top is set and a toothpick shows moist crumbs.
5
Wait Scatter remaining peanuts and marshmallow over the hot brownie, return to oven for 2 minutes until marshmallow puffs and edges turn golden.
6
Cool Let the bar cool in the dish on a rack for 15 minutes until the marshmallow layer firms.
7
Glaze Warm caramel sauce for 10 seconds in the microwave until pourable, then drizzle over the cooled marshmallow.
8
Melt Melt milk chocolate over a pan of barely simmering water on low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring until smooth and glossy.
9
Store Drizzle melted chocolate over the bar, let it set at room temperature for 10 minutes, then lift out by parchment.
