Chilled Papaya and Milk Dessert

A silky, chilled Cantonese-style dessert soup made by blending ripe papaya with milk and a touch of evaporated milk and sugar until smooth, then finishing with fresh papaya cubes and crushed ice. Light, fragrant and cooling, it is a popular home-style treat and dim sum dessert across southern China and Hong Kong.
